Complaints or Returns
If you have a complaint or you received an “incorrect order”, you can contact us in the following ways:
— by telephone at 1876-922-3921-3, 1876-922-5077, 876-922-4842

— by letter to 139 - 141 East Street, Kingston C.S.O., Kingston, Jamaica; or
In the event a customer receives an “incorrect order” i.e., an order that is for another client, then the customer’s order will be replaced at no additional costs to the customer but only after the customer has returned and we have received the incorrect item/s.
Refunds
Refunds are not automatic and should be requested by the client. The Company agrees to the following refund policy:
- 100% refund if the company is unable to produce the customer’s order for any reason other than circumstances relating to hurricane, earthquake, volcano, pandemic, riot, Government orders and or quarantine instructions.
- 70% refund will be paid if the payment is already made and confirmed but, the order process has not yet commenced after three working days.
The company cannot be held responsible or will process refunds if the production process was ceased due to hurricane, earthquake, volcano, pandemic, riots, Government orders, quarantine instructions etc.
